Mexican Day of the Dead
SUNDAY | NOVEMBER 3 | 11 AM – 3 PM
A celebration of life, honoring the love and memories left to us by loved ones who are no longer with us in body but are remembered in spirit, with music, dance, art, and special foods. Bring a photo to be placed on our Ofrendas (memorial altars) honoring loved ones and that special pet we lost too soon. Enjoy performances by Rhythmo's Mariachi Academy, Relampago del Cielo, Los Cuates, Xipe Totec and Joel Aceves.
JUST ADDED: Songs and Stories of Día de los Muertos with Dr. Gloria Arjona at 11 AM in the Norma Kershaw Auditorium
Celebrate with Bowers Museum during our free family festivals held every first Sunday of the month in the Museum’s beautiful Key Courtyard. Enjoy live performances, art making, face painting and complimentary treats at every festival. Free Family Festivals are made possible with generous support from the Nicholas Endowment. Additional support is provided by Capital Group.
