Join author Dorina Lazo Gilmore-Young for a reading of Kailani’s Gift, a heartwarming story about a young girl learning the traditional Filipino dance tinikling to surprise her grandparents. A beautiful celebration of family, culture, and determination!

Held every last Saturday of the month, Storytime in the Galleries includes free copies of each author’s featured book for the first 35 to RSVP and free General Admission to the galleries for the first 35 participants to arrive at each event. Reading in the galleries will be followed by a simple, fun art project that kids will love.
